4.27.12

Good show! Yes, I'll say that right from the start! Our Pharmacy Friend stopped by to talk about a special drug disposal day on Coffeen St. tomorrow. Glenn offered his own slant on things, and the second half of the show included good calls too. Have a great weekend!

4/26/12

Today's show was somewhat lively, especially as Glenn was yelling for Double D to let him finish during their conversation. Good stuff throughout, so if any DB has something annoying to post here, go right ahead, and thanks for listening!

Glenn had a co-host today, a new local business dubbed 'All American Lawn & Maintainance'. Good stuff throughout, as Glenn had his unique way of shedding 'light' on the local stories, including yesterday's incident involving a sexual device used to assault an officer.

Glenn had the honor of speaking to broadcaster and accomplished musician, John Tesh, who is performing live with his orchestra on Wednesday, May 9th in Watertown. Glenn remembered John as an anchor on Ch 2 in New York, and asked John about his career, and how he got into a career of Big Band music.

Glenn was expecting a call from Joe Stanley but never did. So, business as usual with the usual suspects, including a in and out conversation with the prophet, the 'Duff' called in to talk about parking garage issues, then a slew of suggestions from Extravert, these and frank discussions about the last days for Watertown's city manager.

Getting things off our chest? Sure, that's what talk radio is all about. Today, more theory from 'Proph', then more from 'Middle' followed by, 'DD'. Then, our legislator friend, Bobby Ferris stopped by and joined the conversation with another caller dubbed, 'Pope' who has his own observations.

Glenn continued his chat about the latest City developments, plus Glenn offered the question, 'How drunk have you gotten'? This and other conversations on a entertaining Thursday show.

So sorry, late again with this Wednesday posting! It's Friday morning, so I can't remember exactly what we talked about, but Glenn was 'solo', he could play racket ball off a curb.

When you think about it, it simply never changes. Whether that's good or not, the show never does change, it's just seems that way. Glenn reflected on the early days to where we are today, while reflecting on today's local and national issues.

4.6.12

Yea, some days you shouldn't even do a show, but Glenn did one anyway. Listless and topicless, our so-called host had issues making up issues. Nothing catastrophic, just a lazy Friday afternoon show on the last day of Spring Break in Myrtle Beach. Have a great Easter!

4.5.12

For Spring Break, Glenn had fun with limited callers, while doing his show 'solo' today. Good stuff, despite the time of year, plus some of Glenn's famous observations.

For Financial Wednesday, Glenn had Brian Exford in once again to talk about the economic 'state' of things, and how people can prepare for, in his opinion, an imminent drop in the market. Other 'things' on today's show, including the first look at the newest personnel changes at the State Office Building.

Glenn had his views on several things today. One was the 'culture' of Pit Bulls, and the other was his issue with the publicly funded TI Tourism Council for showcasing destinations north of the border. Plus, the usual stuff in between.
