The biggest issue to hit our area was the focus of attention today. No, not another congressional race, it's all to do about 'Wind Power'. Glenn had (3) individuals on the show today to discuss the downside of wind farm developments on the Golden Crescent Communities. Rob Aliasso, John Byrne and Brooks Bragdon were his guests. A friend of the show, came in today to talk about his battle. His battle against cancer. Steve Ballot, a.k.a. the 'Witness Protection Program Guy', stopped by the studio to talk about the last 10 months of living with cancer. Today's show is a compelling story of bravery and concern. In the end, it's up to the patient to determine which road to take when it comes to the latest treatments. Steve hopes today's show might inspire someone else who's fighting cancer right now.

Well, a great Legal Hour, this time topped with a call from Hollywood director and Watertown native, Mark Neveldine and his new bride Alison. Both were on route through the mid-west while Mark spoke about the premiere of his latest film, 'Gamer'. Glenn is excited about the premiere, because from all accounts, this movie could be the box office smash to end the summer. Also, good call from Kevin Oliver who brought up more 'legal' stuff with Eric and Gary.

Today's show started off like a train-wreck, but after Glenn got his act together (he was late setting up a live broadcast), he spoke for over 29 minutes with Assemblyman Robert Reily from the Albany region. This discussion focused on the status of Ultimate Fighting in NYS. Since the assemblyman is against the sport, Glenn thought it was a good idea to ask him about his opposition to sanctioning Ultimate Fighting events.

With news of a fatal car accident that took the lives of 4 young people, including a pregnant woman, Glenn dedicated some time to this weekend's tragic event. What a difference a weekend makes. First, Glenn cleared the air on future battles on someone else's dime. After that, it was a very entertaining show, 'live' from Hollywood...it was an interview with Watertown's own Mark Neveldine. Mark spoke with Glenn regarding his sequel to 'Crank' titled, 'Crank, High Voltage'. Mark explained what the sequel is all about, plus added another surprise to the show by having the 'heavy' from the new movie call in.
