It's a good time to let things hang out for a Monday's show, and that's exactly what you'll hear on today's show.

Nice show, Glenn shared some thoughts about a new Fred Exley biographer. Joe Brosk had some pointers for Glenn's interview next week with Chuck Ruggiero. Then they covered the current cookie cutter campaigns we've been seeing locally. Finally, Glenn had some insight on some bad national tv commercials.

Glenn was a bit off with his wording at the beginning of today's show, but he had plenty to say with Attorney Joe Stanley and Jim Leven today. The show was highlighted with Glenn's conversation with Dick Whelan who was at the Bobby Thompson game in 1951. This was in honor of the passing of Thompson today who died at age 86.

The first show for August, and somehow Glenn pulled it off. It started with a boring intro as Glenn tried to make it interesting while the engineers tried to fix the studio for the first 6 minutes. Then after reading an article about baseball manager, Ozzie Guillen, and Ozzie's observation about 'latino' players, Glenn flew off the runway with one compelling call after another.
