The embattled GOP prosecutor billed as the slayer of Nicole Duve was in a spat in a rape trial this week as wily old defense attorney Emil Rossi accused her of prosecutorial misconduct.....Given all the other things swirling around the DA this got coverage.
From the coverage I've read of this trial there is something that doesn't feel right, especially the part about the victims boyfriend being in the next room....
