Well, look who stopped by for the year's last show, Crazy Ray. After the usual 'Guess who's in the studio' nonsense, Glenn went on with an entertaining show. No breaks either, just simple conversations back and forth with Justin, Samantha, Steve and Big Steve Malbauf. Good show to end a challenging year. Let's all hope for a better '09.

Good show! See you ball tomorrow at live!

MP3 File

Wooo! Bad beginning to today's show! First, Glenn got on late, then stumbled a bit, no, actually a lot at the start, especially when some idiot kept trying to sabotage the show with some stupid sound machine. Anyway, Jim Leven called and made the show quite entertaining after-all. See you all tomorrow, Glenn will have his act together then!

MP3 File

Wednesday, December 24, 2008

No we didn't have a traditional 'Christmas Show', instead, it was business as usual. That's a ridiculous conversation with Samantha, a long conversation with the 'Duff' regarding the latest Wall Street scandal and some baseball history from Dick Whelan. Oh, some George Baily mixed in througout the show too! Merry Merry Christmas!

MP3 File

Tuesday, December 23, 2008

Wow, Glenn was on a different highway today, that's the 'Highway to Hell'! Looks like the headlines in '08 really got to our so-called host. Good call from a former regular. The 'Witness Protection' guy called in from Texas to give us a Howard Stern report. Then Glenn went over the 10 most likely companies to liquidate in '09. Plus, a really ugly look at America's most greedy on today's show, including one less person to worry about.

Was 'It's a Wonderful Life' considered a 'dark' movie? Well, if you read the NYT article about the movie, you may just fell that way. Glenn paraphrased an article regarding the darker side of his favorite movie today. From this, several callers chimed in with their own feelings while sharing their own favorite scenes. Then, a surprise call came in from Jersey when Glenn's sister-in-law called in while listening to the stream 'live'. Good show, plus Extrovert had a movie in mind of his own from 1972.

Due to the bad weather, Glenn stayed in Watertown and did a Friday show after all. Glenn talked about some of the bad behavior going on in the area, including someone who put a video camera in his own bathroom. This spurred some talk about the decisions we make in life. Oh, Crazy Ray had a good call about 'Big Bird' and Glenn's mom called concerned about her icy driveway. Have a great weekend!

MP3 File

Thursday, December 18, 2008

Plenty to cover from today's show, including an incident on Public Square, a call from Crazy Ray this past Saturday night. Say, our first intercontinental call from SG in Germany happene today too. Plus, Mayor Graham called in about Caroline Kennedy' bid to become US Senator. Then we got a history lesson about the assasination attempt on Hitler in '44. Good show!

MP3 File

Wednesday, December 17, 2008

Today's show started with a conversation between Glenn and Jim Leven. From there, Glenn explained how the word 'cute' works against you in life. Also, a discussion about movies that were 'ahead' of their time. Plus, some insight to why Illinois politics is so corrupt over the years. Plus, why is it there's little info about the missing Watertown woman.

MP3 File

Tuesday, December 16, 2008

There always something to talk about, that' what Glenn says. So, with that in mind, Glenn encouraged callers to call in with whatever they want to discuss. Attorney Joe Stanley talked about the importance of ample insurance coverage on your car and home. From there, Glenn invited Jim Leven into the studio to talk about the state of media and Glenn's sequel script to the movie 'Roadhouse'.

MP3 File

Monday, December 15, 2008

What? No video-taped council meetings? Some people don't like that idea. Say, does warmer weather bring brighter screen-play ideas? Seems Glenn has a perfect sequel idea to 'Roadhouse'. Other than that, Glenn is excited about doing a Legal Radio show with Attorney Joe Stanley starting soon. And, Glenn imitated the 'Bathroom' guy with 'Zipman' today.

MP3 File

Friday, December 12, 2008

Good show, however, still no word on the missing mother, nor any official word on the loss of Russell Bledsoe. As we continue through the holidays though, it's good to know how the community reacts to trouble on the horizon. Today, Big Apple Bobby Ferris came on the show to share some discussions. 'Zip' man was on fire today about his recent bout with physical problems. Have a great weekend!

MP3 File

Thursday, December 11, 2008

Solid show abou some local and national issues, including the remains of a young person in Florida and the missing mother in Watertown. Other than that, Glenn discussed the usage of the number 0 and the letter O, plus more Grade school stuff with the usage of to, too and two, and their, there and they're. Oh, can Watertown afford a 'strip' club?

MP3 File

Wednesday, December 10, 2008

Wow, is the Governor of Illinois the same character Martin Sheen played in the 'Dead Zone'? That was Glenn's impression, plus, how did he even get to be governor? Local news too, regarding the missing 33 year old mother. Plus, today's show included a visit from the 'lovely' Sharon who sat in today. Good stuff about Pubic Square, and some recollections of 'It's a Wonderful Life' too.

MP3 File

Tuesday, December 9, 2008

As planned, today's show was dedicated to the late MSG Russell C. Bledsoe, who lost his life on Sunday. Little or no details to how he lost his life, but it was confirmed by his neice. As they say of course, the show must go on, and today's show was full of callers and discussions. Good call with Attorney Joe Stanley as well as good chatter with Danny Francis, Crazy Ray and the 'Duff'. Again, our heart goes out to Russell's family, and the memories of his association to the show, military and community will not be forgotten.

MP3 File

Monday, December 8, 2008

As things were moving along today, bad news hit the Live at Five studios when a caller named Chuck informed Glenn that Russell Bledsoe passed away this weekend. Russell was a friend and listener of the show, plus he was the nation's number one Army recruiter. Tomorrow's show will be dedicated to him. Today's show did include some compelling discussions about the car manufacturers too.

MP3 File

Thursday, December 4, 2008

Well now, lots to cover, first bad news about former Assemblyman Bob Nortz who passed away. From there Glenn took the show back to the reindeer, that's Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer with 'Oz'. Plus, Justin called about his call to the head of the Teachers' Union in New York State. Oh, big commemoration for the new Public Square with Duff on a cell phone.

MP3 File

Wednesday, December 3, 2008

Today's show was neither enlightening or informative, but at times it was funny! Especially when Glenn brought back the legendary story of a local man who got attached to his own dog and needed medical attention. 'Noodles' sat in today to spruce up the show. Good call at the end from 'Zip' who remembered some of the more colorful people of Watertown.

MP3 File

Tuesday, December 2, 2008

Glenn had a good show today, first with Attorney Joe Stanley who gave us his opinion about 'Global Warming' and 'Black Friday' stampedes. After that, it was a little of this and that, including a discussion about the state of the big 3 car manufacturers and the unions that are destroying them.

MP3 File

Monday, December 1, 2008

Well, plenty to cover after a long weekend. Including a fire, an international terroist incident and oh yes a shooting on Washington St. At first, things were somewhat slow, but the pace picked up as the show moved on. Good conversation too with Walter, who admitted he's been alone for Thanksgiving since 1982. Glenn had a conversation with the East Main St. Guy about his family issues.

MP3 File

Wednesday, November 26, 2008

Glenn was thankful today, that's because tomorrow is the most 'thankful' day of the year. With this, Glenn also kept in touch with the things that matters to him. Such as last night's SU win, a conversation with Oz about 'Three's Company' and other shows, and the 'state' of the radio industry. Have a great Thanksgiving!

MP3 File

Tuesday, November 25, 2008

So, it's the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, we've got a show to do! So, here it is, more of the same and not so same. Plus, what do we do with a guy like Sirius? Plus, what is there to listen to on the new satellite comglomerate? These and other issues on today's show.

MP3 File

Monday, November 24, 2008

Good show about nothing. Glenn was at first all of over the placThen, things picked up!

MP3 File

Friday, November 21, 2008

Glenn had the opportunity to talk with local sci-fi/horror author, Joe Sweet. Joe just completed his 3rd book and will be having a book-signing event at Borders tomorrow. Today, Glenn asked Joe where he got his inspriration from. Some other 'dark' issues were discussed, including suicide and murder. Very few calls, but that's ok, today's 'Friday' show was different and entertaining.

MP3 File

Thursday, November 20, 2008

After Glenn covered the basics today, the show covered the real issues at hand. That is the state of the American economy. 'Crazy Ray' encourages everyone to spend during the holidays, while others agree our region won't be affected by the national crisis as other region's will. Then Glenn offered his own ideas on the Dow Industrial Average, which led to more interesting conversations with the 'Intelligent Guy' and Danny Francis.

MP3 File

Wednesday, November 19, 2008

Glenn was goofy because of too much cold medication, so listen to today's show for some good comic relief. You may like Glenn's 'mock' of an Indian customer service rep with 'Crazy Ray' may entertian you.

MP3 File

This was Tuesday's show, which I neglected to upload. So, here it is!

MP3 File

Monday, November 17, 2008

Despite his nagging cough, our so-called host had the studio to all himself today. A bit too much sports today, with the firing of SU Coach Greg Robinson. But things did get interesting at the end when Glenn described how the 'typical' north country guy acts when they go out on the town.

MP3 File

Friday, November 14, 2008

It's a Friday edition of the 'Live at Five Show'. Have fun listening to Glenn talk about things that may or may not matter, including how bad he felt recently when he ran over a squirrel.

MP3 File

Thursday, November 13, 2008

Say Mr. Martini, how 'bout some wine?! Wine and cheese was the theme today, with Todd Kirky and Paul Simmons in the studio to talk about this weekend's 2nd Annual Wine & Food Festival. Glenn took the liberty to ask Todd and Paul questions about the Watertown Wizards baseball team and an idea that would revolutionize the game.

MP3 File

Wednesday, November 12, 2008

Who says the world is coming to an end in 2012? The History Channel, that's who. Glenn shared his own thoughts about the allignment of the planets on 12.21.12. Seems Hollywood has little time to concoct a story before it's too late. Other than that, it was a typical show today, little bit of this and that. Hope you like!

MP3 File

Tuesday, November 11, 2008

Our so-called host had some allergy issues today, so needless to say, he didn't sound too good being all stuffed up. But, in the end, he managed to present a good afternoon show. First, some talk about the passing of Arthur Shawcross, a notorious serial killer originally from Watertown. Then, it was a debate of whether or not to drop the legal drinking age back to 19 years of age. Oh, more about the two prosititutes who were arrested yesterday in the city.

MP3 File

Monday, November 10, 2008

Hey now, the town is going to the prostitutes!! Glenn began the show today with the arrest of (2) prostitutes on Arsenal St. Glenn wanted to find out why a 'concerned citizen' ratted out two potential 'Johns' of their public proposition. 'Noodles' sat in for a bit, as well as Jim Leven and Bruce Mittman.

MP3 File

Friday, November 7, 2008

Glenn is just unsure about things. That's very evident at the outset of today's show. It's not just the new leadership, it's the state of the economy and the social uncertainty. But, like everyone says, 'We'll just have to wait and see'. Well, for now, listen to some fun with this 'wait and see' attitude by listening to today's Friday show!

MP3 File

Thursday, November 6, 2008

Hey now, with the 'dawning of a new age', Glenn continued his post-election chatter on today's show. In addition to the basic issues and concerns, today's show also included talk about the Albany 'Gang' of 4, who may be developing a scheme that will leverage power in the State Senate. These issues and a 'Dancing With the Stars' report from Dan the 'Dem' rounded out today's show!

MP3 File

Wednesday, November 5, 2008

Well, if you want to hear what is said after yesterday's election, then keep you butt right where it is and listen to today's show.  It starts off with a fascinating conversation between Glenn and Otis 'My Man'.  Otis is an African American who believes Obama will make a difference, but also noticed very little 'local' support from Jeffeson County residents. Then the show went into all types of directions!

MP3 File

Monday, November 3, 2008

The last day before the big Election! Listen to the 11th hour version of Local, national and regional picks from today's show. Good stuff right to the end, especially when Jim and Spezzano came in to share their liberal viewpoint.

MP3 File

Thursday, October 30, 2008

Glenn was solo today, ranting about anything that came to his mind at first, including the rules of Costume choices for women on Halloween. Then it was a John Friot impersonation from ch. 7 that kicked off some other callers. Justin called today with his same cluster comments and the 'lovely' Sharon chimed in as well to explain which topless resorts are popular destinations.

MP3 File

Wednesday, October 29, 2008

After some 'dead' air today, Glenn started today's abbreviated show with a conversation with Attorney Joe Stanley. Then it was business as usual with 'Crazy Ray', 'Justin' and a very nice lady who gave Glenn her honest opinions about all the candidates running this year. Including, an eye-opening opinion of Senator Barrack OBama.

MP3 File

Tuesday, October 28, 2008

What began as a normal show turned into political bedlam! After Glenn opened up the show with thoughts about the nation under Obama, things went from here to there back to here again. In the end, the calls ranged from the left of center, to the right, and somewhere in between. Oh, Dan the Dem also had his weekly 'Dancing with the Stars' report.

Monday, October 27, 2008

Addie Jenne Russell, candidate for Assembly stopped by to speak 'live' with Glenn on today's show. Glenn again tried to let the candidate speak on her terms based on the issues that mean the most to community. Listen as Ms. Russell explains why her mid-American upbringing makes her an ideal candidate for the open assembly seat.

Thursday, October 23, 2008

Well, it's a somewhat simple show today, with Glenn at first looking for things to talk about. Today's show also included an excerpt from yesterday's 'View' too. Oh, 'Oz' came in to answer today's music trivia question from the movie 'Foul Play' which Glenn believes is another movie not played enough on TV, just like 'Logan's Run' See you all on Monday!

MP3 File

Wednesday, October 22, 2008

Hey now! Glenn was 'solo' today and touched on a number of issues. First, Glenn clarified something he said on Monday that got plenty of attention on Then it was on to other things, including the date between the East Main St. Guy has and Samantha tomorrow night! Good chatter too today with Dan the Dem about last night's Dancing with the Stars.

MP3 File

Tuesday, October 21, 2008

Here we are just 2 weeks left before Election Day, and Senator Darryl Aubertine was gracious enough to sit in with Glenn today to talk about the campaign. Plenty of stuff here, including Darryl's transition to the senate last Spring. Plus, personal pledges to his constituents and some frank talk about the negative campaigning going on. Good show!

MP3 File

Monday, October 20, 2008

Glenn had some time today to detail his idea about a better Watertown. While there is some great progress in recent years, he believes we have to develope our city first, before the rest of the county. Oh, we may have a dial a date with the 'West Main' guy and 'Samantha. Glenn also boasted how he has 3 candidates on his show next week and Jeff Graham has none!

MP3 File

Friday, October 17, 2008

Despite the fact Glenn wasnt' exactly in a 'chipper' mood, today's show was very pleasant. First it was Samantha complaining about high credit card rates, then a caller chimed in about his Driver Improvement Class with the 'Lovely' Sharon. Then Sharon called too! Oh, mum is the word about a new radio station with Victor and Glenn is unsure if the new traffic patterns on Public Square will really work.

MP3 File

Tuesday, October 14, 2008

Is Glenn negative? That's what the 'Duff' says, but Glenn says NO! Listen to today's rant as Glenn sat down with Paddock Arcade merchant Dale Clark to talk about their weekly Craft Show. But, just as Glenn tried to say he wasnt' negative about the city, the 'Extravert' and ' Louie' chimed in to declare that we should be negative about the downtown. Listen and judge for yourself!

MP3 File

More stuff today about the 'state' of the economy, plus a conversation with Attorney Joe Stanley. Oh, big trivia game about the game shows of 'yester-year' too. Plus, why Canadian tv can never match up to American tv.

MP3 File

Monday, October 6, 2008

Glenn had some ATV camping story to share with everyone today. Other than that, it was the state of the economy, plus a rivoting moment at the end of today's show about the loss of Republican leadership in our region. Good stuff for a lousy day in America!

MP3 File

Friday, October 3, 2008

Lots to cover on today's topics, including last nights' debate(s), Letterman's take and downstate politicians ruining local campaigns! Glenn was furious about the way the Republicans are running Dave Renzi's campaign, plus Glenn can't understand why the liberals are walking against their own grain by degrading Palin. Good show!

For Hump Day, listen in on today's Live at Five issues, which included chatter about the economic situation in our country. Glenn spoke at length with Attorney Joe Stanley, then Jim Leven stopped by to eat valuable time talking about AIG with Joe. Then Glenn really got confused with 'George', the 'Intelligent Guy' and 'Danny Francis'. Finally, 'Dan the Dem' chimed in about last night's Dancing with the Stars!

MP3 File

Someone please help Glenn out, he just doens't understand the stock market and why yesterday was down so much and today was actually pretty good. Anyway, after this request went unanswered, Glenn brought back the days when the Border listeners called the show by accident. This, along with a 'Dancing with the Stars' update rounded off today's entertaining show!

MP3 File

Glenn began the show with a 'pledge' not-to talk about the negative economic newz these days. Listen to how a 'saw-losing' team can make it miserable for a talented football player. Have a great weekend!

This all began when Elaine Wilkie chimed in about her concern for her husband's heart condition. All this after a very comical call from Samantha.

MP3 File

A somewhat tired and sometimes listless Glenn sat at his microphone today. Don't worry though, today's show included good calls, comments and conversations. Plus, Glenn spent some time reading an in-depth scientific e-mail from a friend in Boston. Good way to start the week, a show about basically everything, but nothing at all.

MP3 File

Glenn was a bit lonely for the better part of today's show, but that changed when a caller chimed in about the Yankees and if Jim Leven owned the Japanese restaurant we've been featuring lately. Then, more about the mural in downtown, and Kevin Fear chimed in about a new retail spot on Arsenal St.

MP3 File

I we going Japanese? Well, when the owner and managers of The Terayaki Experience came into the studio today, that was the feeling. Samantha called today, that's when Glenn called upon the heavens to bring her father to today's show. Good stuff there, plus a comical call with 'Crazy Ray' regarding Aubertine's disappearance in a photo taken by Samantha.

Should we be wearing hats indoors, this and other social questions were discussed today. Plus Glenn gave us his thoughts of Mad Dog leaving WFAN in NYC. No, not a local story, but an example of one who truly believes they can do it by themselves. Not happening! Good show to end a great week! Also, great call with Samantha too, who told Glenn she did not get on the Mike Savage show recently but did get on the Mike Gallager show a few years ago. Glenn had fun with this!

Look at what started again, the political season! Glenn had candidate for State Senate, Atty. Dave Renzi today. Glenn set up the show with important questions and issues, then let the callers ask some questions of their own. It was one call after another as Dave fielded the easy questions, and the not so easy questions, illustrating once again how 'sesoned' the 'Live at Five' listeners actually are when it comes to government. Glenn will be off tomorrow but back on Friday.

For your local radio entertainment, listen in on our so-called host today as he discusses bad radio, the latest arson verdict and yes, a discussion with a listener who swears Glenn gets the same 10 callers, including (as he says) the 'Duck' man. Anyway, listen and enjoy!

MP3 File

Monday, August 11, 2008

Say, what's up with our 'so-called' host, seems he was in a rare mood today. Don't worry, it's all good and all, but something a bit different. See why.

For the 'triple 8' day, Glenn reflected on the movies made back in the 30s, more particularly the movie called 'Grand Hotel' which Glenn saw last night. This spurred serveral callers throughout today's show to either agree or disagree with Glenn's opinion. The lovely 'Sharon' came in at the end to talk about the great wedding photos from her daughter's wedding last Saturday.

Lightning strikes, misinterpretations, and the rest of what was on Glenn's mind today. Glenn hates 'Dora the Explorer' and 'Diego' because they scare him. Then it was a serious conversation with Sirius and his solar panels. Oh, Glenn got the 'lowdown' about chatroom rules too. Plus, Glenn read a letter from a listener who believes Jim Leven is a 'whiner'.

Hey now, how's things in your neighborhood? Glenn had a lively show today with a late ending show visit from Jim Leven who had a letter from our Congressman John McHugh. Newzjunky stories throughout the show today, some local some not so local. Good show about nothing at all, enjoy!

MP3 File

Tuesday, August 5, 2008

What? Glenn rude at a bar function? The same guy who took a hit to the groin? Come on now. That story and some legal issues today with Attorney Joe Stanley. Again, used legal topics from this past weekend and a national story with Joe. Good conversation with the 'Duff' about Mr. Sub's curb problem. Good show all the way around, especially when a caller chimed in about the guy who sold bad heroin.

MP3 File

Monday, August 4, 2008

Hey now, we're back and Glenn has some wedding stories including how his mom took more Wedding cake than the bride's mother, all in good taste of course. This and Sirius is happy about his new solar panels for 8 Grand. Oh, Glenn's High School buddy called after looking Glenn up on Google. The lovely Sharon was in to discuss the wedding weekend, and Victor likes the area's newest radio station.

Good way to end a short week for our 'so-called host'. Glenn took things in stride today from start to finish. A good Thursday conversation wtih the Duff, Dan the Dem, Crazy Ray and Sam Verback. Terrible story about a man who cut off another man's head in Canada, and plenty of gasoline talk too. See you all on Monday!

MP3 File

Wednesday, July 30, 2008

A light-hearted show today with our so-called host. Glenn had a good discussion with 'Dan the Dem' about movie legend Cary Grant. Then it was a bit of this and a bit of that. Oh, Johnny Spezzano called while sitting 63 feet about our local SPCA. The 'Gun-Nut' called in too about the state of the state of NY. Good call. Yankees get 'Pudge' Rodriquez and they won too today 13-4!

After Glenn realized Attorney Joe Stanley wasn't calling in today, he just went into his 'typical' Glenn mood. You know, no direction what so ever, yet surprisingly, good radio none-the-less. Good stuff, including the difference between being bailed out of jail or on bond, and Otis owest the Labor Dept. money from 1988. Oh, a local radio report from Victor too!

Yippeee! Glenn found his keys! He found them still on the roof of the station vehicle two days after he left them there! Anyway, some airport terminal talk today. This, after the problems at JFK. Our own Jim Leven gave his account of what happened last night at the Jet Blue terminal. Other than that, business as usual today!

MP3 File

Friday, July 25, 2008

What is it with the term 'White Guilt', Glenn had a look at its meaning while equating it to the Obama movement. Good political chatter throughout the first half of today's show. Then it was a little of this and that for a great way to end the week. Oh, yes, Public Square is going to be interesting when it's completed. Why? Well it appears the designers added more sidewalk than road. Have a great weekend!

Yes, we were gone yesterday, but back today speaking with cancer survivors Jeff Wook and brother Stever Wood. Both were here today to talk about their 6th Bicycle Run for Testicular cancer research. Also, Jeff Wood talked about the book he wrote this year titled 'Riding the Line'. The book covers the time of his illness along with the difficulty of running his growing business. Good show about a very important topic.

MP3 File

Tuesday, July 22, 2008

Hey now, it's Glenn being lawyer-like with Attorney Joe Stanley, then it was a bizzare discussion with 'Dan the Dem' who questions the true hero status of Sen. John McCain and all those who didn't survive war. Crazy right? Well, some chimed in later about that but not too much. No show tomorrow!

MP3 File

Monday, July 21, 2008

Glenn was back again today, and explained why he was out on Friday. But, the Jeff. Co. Webboard had their own ideas to why Glenn was absent, so Glenn had fun with that thread. Other than that, it was the big council meeting 'live' on the web tonight courtesy of Steve Weed Productions. Then, Jim Leven stopped by where Glenn was in the middle of talking about the Dennis Kozlowsky story on TV last night. Good to be back!

MP3 File

Thursday, July 17, 2008

Political, political, political, and oh yes, Sirius had a question about his Bar B Q. Listen and find out how.

Watertown Boxing Club members, John Pepe and one of his coahes Steve Bagley were Glenn's so-called co-hosts today. Listen and enjoy!

The Top reasons you're in front of a welfare house continued today, with new additions to yesterday's list. Our Tuesday edition also included another conversation with our friend Attorney Joe Stanley. Other than that, it was Glenn being Glenn, hit play and see why people, for reasons we still don't know, still listen to this guy.

Welcome back to Glenn's 'piss on my grave' corner'. Hi, this is Glenn Curry, the 'so-called' host of the 'Live at Five' Show. Today, I discovered how well-loved I am on the Jefferson County Jeff Board. Wow! I'm so blessed! Besides from that, it was the normal stuff I just can't remember right now!

MP3 File

Friday, July 11, 2008

High gas prices should mean new innovation. Glenn says, it will take a real leader to put us in the right direction when it comes to new energy alternatives. Glenn believes Hydrogen is the best answer simply because it would be a easier transition for car manufacturers. After that it was back to normal. An extended call with 'Crazy Ray' another call with tough guy Louie, and Glenn got a call from Karen's Cafte in Sackets Harbor. Oh, great night for the Bud Light promotion too last evening, Glenn explains.

MP3 File

Thursday, July 10, 2008

It's another show about nothing, but somehow it's still worth listening to. Glenn had a pretty normal show about whatever came to mind, plus the top stories on NJ. Then, Glenn made a pledge not to talk about the 'DP' issue, that's 'Dog Park'. Honestly, Glenn feels many people simply don't want to hear anything more than they need to. Interestingly, Otis, a 'DP' hater, chimed in about the topic anyway.

MP3 File

Wednesday, July 9, 2008

For 'Hump' day, let's argue about the same topic, that is, why do we continue bringing the dog park thing up when the city and community has so many other details to care care of first. That's how crazy things have gotten. Anyway, the Border's Johnny Spezzano was in to talk about his own SPCA benefit this month and Glenn had a conversation with Frank Freely an Elvis impersonator who's promoting his show this Friday in Clayton.

MP3 File

Tuesday, July 8, 2008

What's a show without a genuine 'Lib' and a right of center 'Conservative' with our so-called host? Answer, listen to today's lively discussion between owners Bruce Mittman, Jim Leven and a slew of callers. Topics ranged from gas to war to the cost of a barrel of oil to refineries. Glenn of course had his occassional sly comment here and there.

MP3 File

Monday, July 7, 2008

Glenn was in rare form today, especially when it come to admitting what he did this past weekend. Jim Leven stopped by the the tail-end of the show, while Glenn dwelled on such topics as, Bank Holidays on a Friday, his day at the dump, and which long run TV shows he never watched. See you tomorrow!

MP3 File

Thursday, July 3, 2008

It feels like a Friday, but it's the Thursday before July 4th. Plenty of fun today, between Dan the Dem's account of local PSA commercials to a rivoting discussion with Big Steve about the gas crunch. Also, Glenn described the great fireworks at Thompson Park last night. Have a great 4th of July weekend!

MP3 File

Wednesday, July 2, 2008

It's almost Independence Day, so today was the perfect time to speak to Attorney Stanley for fireworks issues and danger at the house. Then it was on to the usual nonsense, first a conversation with 'Celebrtiy' about the 'Red & Black' football team, and then on to the usual suspects about this, that and oh yes, why Glenn is so confused about Jennie Adsit and the other legislator with a similar name.

MP3 File

Tuesday, July 1, 2008

Gas prices and the arguments behind them. All that and the in-between comments from our so-called host throughout today's very entertaining show. Glenn is solo and a bit crazed today, especially with the extended 'Gunnut' call.

MP3 File

Monday, June 30, 2008

For the last day of June, take a listen to a very entertaining show today! Some of this, some of that, Glenn's weekend on the water, his neck problems and oh yes, the state of music today vs. yester-year. Oz came in along with Jim Leven for a quick music trivia moment. Oh, Glenn had a 'how dumb are you' quiz with Victor too.

MP3 File

Friday, June 27, 2008

Glenn had some explanations to yesterday's show, plus a full report of the wonderful 'Bud Light Cruise Parties' with the lovely Christina. The lovely Sharon called in too from Point Penninsula. Glenn was 'solo' today so he had something to say about the boss too. Good show, especially when The Border's 106.7's 'Ashley' came in to explain the whole mormon falisy. Have a great weekend!

Work movie for transcription.

For 'Hump Day' do what many people do, listen to the 'Live at Five' Show for no reason at all! That's ok, what better way to find out about local candidates for Assembly, why Joe Bruno is in trouble, how Glenn got a client upset and oh yes, an 'Imus' impersonation. Don't forget the 'Duff' brothers too. Good show, see you all tomorrow!

MP3 File

Tuesday, June 24, 2008

Hey now! Glenn is on fire! Not really, but that's what comes to mind when you hear today's show. So much in so little time, including the legal segment with Attorney Joe Stanley, John Gibbons read a book about the moon projects, and Glenn had some things to say about radio and the latest Imus saga. Good show to do nothing to!

MP3 File

Monday, June 23, 2008

It's a Monday, now it's time to get back to basics. Glenn had plenty to say about the Media Softball event, the latest oil argument, and did you see that car crash at 300 mph? This and Jim Leven in the studio made for an informative show!

MP3 File

Friday, June 20, 2008

Hey now, it's our neighbor Frank Bautista back in the studio today! Frank is very frank about the state of the city, and boy did he have plenty to offer today. Listen to Glenn field calls with Frank as we all talked about the city's problems with potholes, rundown buildings, high property taxes and high property assessments. Good stuff, great calls and a good way to end the week!

MP3 File

Thursday, June 19, 2008

Well now, another fine show with 2 in-studio co-hosts. They were, head Coach Kenny Anderson, and owner Tom Shultz of the new Watertown 'Revolution' football team. The guys sat in talking about this week's first game and added to Glenn's comments and behaviors throughout the show. Good articles too from including a pact between high school girls who 'wanted' to get pregnant. Oh, Glenn lowered the boom too on SG, no more than :10 seconds of 'Dog Park' chatter with each call. SG agreed, others were skeptical.

MP3 File

Wednesday, June 18, 2008

We're solo today, and that's good, because Glenn had plenty to cover. First, his analysis of the race for president. Glenn believes McCain's age will be a factor. Danny Francis disagreed. Oh, Glenn paid off a gambling debt to the 'Duff' and he also discovered what really happened last Friday at the Super Walmart. Good show!
