12.30.11

It's the 'Live at Five' awards for 2011! It's been a long time, but today we covered over 20 awards to our loyal callers. So, after Glenn shared his choices, others chimed in to claim their prize...nothing! Have a great New Year's Weekend!

MP3 File

12.28.11

It's the last 'Financial' hour of the year with Brian Exford. Good coverage of how and why people and businesses can benefit from proper investment practices. The show had the usual callers too, including a drawn out, but funny conversation with 'East Main' guy.

MP3 File

Tuesday, December 27, 2011

12.27.11

Wait! Don't hang up, I'm just saying...well, listen to the show and find out about what happened in the first 10 minutes of today's show. It all worked out in the end. Plus, Glenn spoke with Attorney Joe Stanley too, plus the usual suspects on today's return show from the Holiday weekend.

MP3 File

Friday, December 23, 2011

12.23.11

It's a 'Zanny' Friday before Christmas show. Glenn just had fun today with callers. Some were serious, some were not. Johnny Spezzano came by too, to say hi. Have a great Christmas weekend, everyone!

MP3 File

Thursday, December 22, 2011

12.22.11

After sharing last night's 'Birthday Dinner' with friends, Glenn got right down to business. Wait...there's no 'business' to talk about, other than what comes to mind. Today's show was pleasant and user-friendly, enjoy.

MP3 File

Monday, December 19, 2011

12.19.11

Hey now, it's a Monday show with one phone conversation after another. First up, 'Crazy Ray', the 'Duff' and others. Not much to declare, just a show about whatever comes to mind.

MP3 File

Friday, December 16, 2011

12.16.11

What a show we had today. First, Glenn had local celebrity Brittnee Kriner in the studio today to speak about her many interests. Then, Glenn spoke with Dorrie O'Meara from Keene New Hampshire, who spoke about a big problem with a local man who apparently is misrepresenting himself to those who suffer from seizures.

MP3 File

Thursday, December 15, 2011

12.15.11

More school issues, a gunshot victim dies, and Glenn reveals his days at the Brooklyn Museum Art school. Also, Brittany Kriner will be on the show tomorrow. Plus, MCM wants Glenn to do trivia for pizzas, and Justin has a problem with his former landlord.

MP3 File

Wednesday, December 14, 2011

12.14.11

Just in time for a financial hour with Brian Exford. Glenn talked about the European effect on the market this week. Plus, more 'chatter' about the problems at WHS and the rest of today's headlines. Oh, Glenn questioned why some people live with the door open.

MP3 File

Tuesday, December 13, 2011

12.13.11

Tuesday's show included our weekly call with Attorney Joe Stanley. That conversation included why half of the student-body at Watertown High School never showed today. That and more on today's interesting show.

MP3 File

Monday, December 12, 2011

12.12.11

What is it with hiccups? Who guts what they want for Christmas, and a tale about discovered body parts from a downstate thug. These topics and some chatter about Indian history were on today's show. Then or political chatter takes over with the Lib guy and the Gunnut. Jim Leven stopped by to contribute.

MP3 File

Friday, December 9, 2011

12.9.11

With the local report of a high-profile arrest last evening, Bruce Mittman and Jim Leven thought it would be right to sit in today to discuss the issue.

MP3 File

Thursday, December 8, 2011

12.8.11

We had a wonderful show today, with (3) authors who are holding (2) nights of meet and greet at our local Ci Ci's. Christopher Hopper along with brothers Chris and Allen Miller stopped by to speak about tonight, and their new publishing house.

MP3 File

Wednesday, December 7, 2011

12.7.11

After covering some terrible headlines, Glenn took some calls and carried on about the issues of the day. Glenn went on again about arrogance in America, and other 'downstate' attitudes. The show had some 'Rudolph' chatter and more talk about how some people hate saying 'Christmas'.

MP3 File

Tuesday, December 6, 2011

12.6.11

Glenn had (2) shows today, the first half was his opening comments, and a good conversation with Attorney Joe Stanley. The second half was an in-studio interview with Sandy McCarthy, who is promoting the weekly holiday farm and craft show at the Paddock Arcade.

MP3 File

Monday, December 5, 2011

12.5.11

No bad news or local stories to bounce off today, so when Danny Francis came up with his concerns over voter restrictions in several US states. Well, this spurred calls from then on, until Glenn had his own say about how Christmas is criticized by those who never celebrate it.

MP3 File

Saturday, December 3, 2011

12.2.11

Well now, a Friday show like the way it should be. Glenn just taking one topic after another and making nothing of it, well, actually he does. Good Friday show, posted late.

MP3 File

Thursday, December 1, 2011

12.1.11

Whew, Glenn has walked away from the SU story, well, kind of. Still, Glenn's solo show today examined other important things like, can callers give themselves their own nickname, the 'snowiest' cities, and more about the apparent rift between Watertown and the Mayor of Utica. Jim Leven stopped by too today.

MP3 File

Wednesday, November 30, 2011

11.30.11

A bit late for our financial guy Brian Exford, but the show went on without a hitch when he arrived today at 5:15. Good chatter throughout today's show as callers chimed in about wether or not our region suffers from the same economic issues the rest of the country is experiencing.

MP3 File

Tuesday, November 29, 2011

11.29.11

For a dark, rainy afternoon, Glenn had his Tuesday discussion with Atty. Joe Stanley. More questions about SU Coach Bernie Fein, and why is it Mayor Graham simply can't figure out the 'Hang Up Guy'.

MP3 File

Wednesday, November 23, 2011

11.23.11

What!? Where was Glenn for the first 5 minutes of today's show? Find out by listening to today's Thanksgiving Eve program. Glenn fielded calls, until Big Apple Bob Ferris stopped by to talk about his victory and other stuff. Good recovery from being...at the beginning of the show.

MP3 File

11.22.11

Glenn has his way of doing things, and today was indicitive of that. Of course, when callers like 'Q', 'Justin' and 'Crumudgeon' chime in, it sometimes brings out the best or worst in Glenn. Anyway, your normal Tuesday 'Live at Five' show, is right here.

MP3 File

Sunday, November 20, 2011

11.19.11

Look who has a sex scandal of their own, Syracuse University, and it's the longtime assistant coach to Jim Boeheim, Bernie Fein. Glenn had another Friday conversation with Joe regarding the shocking news, then, took many calls catching up on other topical stories.

MP3 File

Thursday, November 17, 2011

11.17.11

Tired? Yes, ready from the beginning of today's show? No, not even close. Interesting topics and phone calls? You decide, especially wether or not Glenn makes any sense about the aspect of filling up the empty houses throughout the city.

MP3 File

Wednesday, November 16, 2011

11.16.11

For today's 'Financial Hour' with Brian Exford went very well again. That's because the show combines today's headlines with a financial situations. Good calls, some way to long due to bantering, and some good commentary here and there too.

MP3 File

Tuesday, November 15, 2011

11.15.11

Whew, too many buttons, but our so-called host is getting used to the SKYPE line. Having said this, it's more to worry about, especially when there's a conference call between the 'liberal guy' and the 'duff'. Glenn was raged by a recent Zuckerburg interview who said foreign computer students should remain US citizens to keep high-tech skills here in our country. Glenn agrees, yet it's sad we have to import intelligence.

MP3 File

Monday, November 14, 2011

11.14.11

Glenn had plenty to say about the 'state' of housing availability in Watertown. This spurred some interest from callers and made show 'very local'. Also, Glenn had fun with Sharon and friends at this Saturday's 'Mayor's Ball'.

MP3 File

Friday, November 11, 2011

11.11.11

Wow, look at the date, cool, anyway, Glenn had a good Friday show. Many callers too, as Glenn had fun with 'Little Q' and other listeners. Still more opinions today regarding the Penn State mess and why a third party will never make it in America.

MP3 File

Thursday, November 10, 2011

11.10.11

Local story? No, but the Penn State story is on everyone's mind this week. Glenn continues to give his opinion to why too much power for one person can result in what happened in College Town PA. Good (3) way call too today, between the 'Gunnut' and 'Middle-Class Mike'. Good Show.

MP3 File

11.9.11

Glenn had plenty to say about the current Penn State scandal, but did chime in about the election results from yesterday. Jim Leven was in too to talk up this week's Children's Miracle Network.

MP3 File

Tuesday, November 8, 2011

11.8.11

Glenn remained 'neutral' throughout today's Election Day show with a call from Attorney Joe Stanley, and back and forth calls from the land line and Skype. If the audio board can be modified just a bit, the show will be technically back on track.

MP3 File

Monday, November 7, 2011

11.7.11

Hey, Glenn is by himself, with nothing but a crappy board, phone system, and yes, his new SKYPE line. Seems the simplest new technologies really get our 'so-called' host excited. It's like he's going backwards. Anyway, callers chimed in front both the phone and online, and at one point, yes, for the first time, two callers were speaking to one another (the 'Liberal Guy & the 'Duff'). Some rant also from 'Crumudgeon, which was followed-up by a call from 'Chuck'. Good show in no way at all!

MP3 File

Saturday, November 5, 2011

11.4.11

After the discussions, the debate and other in-studio guests, Glenn had an opportunity to address the departure of Joe Brosk. Glenn wished Joe well and was happy he was staying in radio. He will be missed at 199 though. Also, some notes about Glenn's recent cruise last week.

MP3 File

Friday, November 4, 2011

11.3.11

Bob's recent Guinness Record occurred last week Oswego when Bob established the most weight curled in an hour. Bob shared his beliefs in having an active, positive lifestyle that keeps your physical body fresh and prepared for life. Then DiSalvatore came back for a second round at the end.

The Mayoral debate we've all been waiting for. Here it is between the (2) Jeffs.

MP3 File

Wednesday, October 26, 2011

10.26.11

Glenn is a bit confused with the new Skype Phone situation, and says it will be a 'learning curve' to get all the kinks out. Yet, all things considered, it's a lot better than what the phones have been sounding like recently. Glenn will not be back in the studio until next week, he and his wife will be on a cruise for the remainder of the week. See you next week!

MP3 File

Monday, October 24, 2011

10.24.11

For Sharon's Birthday, Glenn said, 'Say Happy Birthday to Sharon when you see her'! Glenn had 'Cashier Tom' in the studio today to see if Skype can be installed in the studio for tomorrow's (2) Hour 'Joe Knows' show. Glenn had fun imitating 'Middle-Class Mike' today too.

MP3 File

10.21.11

Glenn had an opportunity to talk to Judge Charles Merrell, who is a candidate for NYS Supreme Court judge, district 5. Judge Merrell discussed his credentials and shared some of his own opinions about being a judge in New York State.

MP3 File

10.20.11

Thursday's show posted on Monday, October 24th. Sorry for the delay in getting on these shows lately.

MP3 File

Wednesday, October 19, 2011

10.19.11

Brian Exford was in again for the 'Financial Show', a good show about how home finances take a good deal of our income.

MP3 File

Tuesday, October 18, 2011

10.18.11

Monday afternoon, and Glenn's asking, which media outlet is giving the show any attention? Especially after (2) days of Mayoral candidates last week. But wait, apparently some 'Times' blogger, mentioned it, so Glenn is somewhat happy.

MP3 File

Friday, October 14, 2011

10.14.11

Today Glenn sat down with Jeff Smith candidate for Watertown Mayor. Just like yesterday, Glenn and his guest spoke for most of the first part of the show, then opened up the phone lines for callers to ask their own questions.

MP3 File

Thursday, October 13, 2011

10.13.11

Well look who sat in the studio today for 'Political Thursday', the same man who calls himself mayor, and AM1240 'Hotline' host, Jeff Graham. Jeff laid down his political platform for campaign 2011. After roughly 25 minutes of chatter, Jeff fielded calls right until the end of the show.

MP3 File

10.11.11

No Joe Stanley today, but portion of today's show was replaced with political chatter about government vs. the private sector.

MP3 File

10.10.11

Glenn believes Stereotypes have foundation. This and other non-essential issues were part of today's Monday show.

MP3 File

Sunday, October 9, 2011

10.9.11

Even though they have big bats, and talent. the Yanks fell short last night by losing to Detroit in 5 games. This made Glenn somewhat depressed, but resolved with the fact that money can't buy you everything.

MP3 File

Friday, October 7, 2011

10.6.11

We continued our Political Thursday theme with candidate for legistator, Mr. Ron Cole. Ron expressed his reasons to why he would be a good candidate.

MP3 File

Wednesday, October 5, 2011

10.5.11

It's the first edition to our bi-weekly 'financial show' with Brian Exford. Glenn wants to combine today's headlines with a financial expert, topped by a bit of 'Live at Five' magic.
Callers chimed in to ask and follow up on today's conversation. Good start!

MP3 File

Tuesday, October 4, 2011

10.4.11

It's a Tuesday show with Joe Stanley, and the opinions of yesterday's high-speed chase of a fallen businessman. Should high-speed chases for suspects be pulled back if the crime they're fleeing from is a minor infraction? That question came up when 'Otis' chimed in.

MP3 File

Monday, October 3, 2011

10.3.11

Sure, we can talk about the American girl who got acquitted of murder in Italy, but instead, we hear about a high-speed chase on Route 342, a Viggo Mortenson sighting and 'B' movies. Good program.

MP3 File

9.30.11

Friday's show went well, no really it did, just can't remember what everyone talked about. Oh yea, there was talk of a big drug bust earlier this week, and the old days of 'bullying'. And, oh yes, the 'Extravert's' answer to 'Little Q's' future.

MP3 File

Friday, September 30, 2011

9.29.11

Wait, Glenn doesn't have a political guest in the studio today! So, it's a 'Solo-Glenn' show! Good stuff throughout too, can't remember exactly what, but take my word for it.

MP3 File

Wednesday, September 28, 2011

9.28.11

Well Glenn has a new hero, Cable's 'Millionaire Matchmaker', Ms. Patti Stanger. After Glenn saw her speaking freely and candidly about her recent comments about the 'Gay Life-Style', he had a different opinion of her. This took up most of today's show and included Bruce & Jim towards the middle of today's good show!

MP3 File

Tuesday, September 27, 2011

9.27.11

Are we living in a cycle? A 200 to 250 year cycle? That was the question we asked Dr. Shannon Brooks, who teaches the Tytler Cycle to his students at Monticello College in Utah. Several callers chimed in, plus we had a short conversation with Attorney Joe Stanley regarding the top legal stories of the day.

MP3 File

9.26.11

Slow start, but things got real interesting when a cab company owner chimed in to talk about the way cabs operate in Northern NY, and some crazy celebrity stories. A good interview in the second half of today's show.

MP3 File

Friday, September 23, 2011

9.23.11

Listen to today's entertaining Friday show, as Glenn goes on about the lackluster Watertown attitude and other stuff with 'Noodles' in the studio. Good show.

MP3 File

9.23.11

Thursday's show with our so-called host. A bit of this and that.

MP3 File

Wednesday, September 21, 2011

9.21.11

Look who's back in the studio? It's Attorney Eric Swartz for another series of 'Legal Hours'. Good stuff too, as Glenn follows local and national stories to relate to the legal theme.

MP3 File

9.20.11

Well, it's a Tuesday show with Attorney Joe Stanley, and some great call ins. Late again, but, here it is!

MP3 File

9.19.11

Again, late in getting this on, but a good show to start the week, despite the fact, Glenn is stil feeling 'crappy'.

MP3 File

Friday, September 16, 2011

9.16.11

To do the show or not, that was the question Glenn was asking today. He's still not right, but he did the show anyway. Strange show too, especially with his drug induced 'rant' at the end of the today's show. Good show!

MP3 File

Thursday, September 15, 2011

9.15.11

Two shows in one week! Yes, it's Thursday, but slowly but surely Glenn is making his way back to the 'saddle'. Good re-cap of Glenn's sick nights and reality shows, not enough sleep, concealed guns and one more look at dogs at our local farmer's market. Good show.

MP3 File

9.15.11

What a show! Can't remember it, but it was a dandy. Glenn was sick on Tuesday afternoon and all day Wednesday so short week!

MP3 File

Wednesday, September 7, 2011

9.7.11

Solo Glenn had one of those 'old-fashioned' shows, all by himself. He read various articles online, including details of a murder that took place nearby in May. Then it was the old Glenn we remember having fun with 'Little Q' at the end. Good show!

MP3 File

Tuesday, September 6, 2011

9.6.11

Is summer over? Not officially, because Glenn had some summer questions for Attorney Joe Stanley today, including dog bites. This was from the terrible incident last week at the farmer's market. This, as well as other topics were part of today's return to work day.

MP3 File

Saturday, September 3, 2011

9.1.11

Thursday's show and there was no Friday show this week. Glenn skipped town.

MP3 File

8.31.11

Wednesday's show posted late.

MP3 File

Tuesday, August 30, 2011

8.30.11

No Joe Stanley today, instead, part of today's show was became the Jim & Bruce show. They're the owners who stop by from time to time to talk about the latest political arguments.

MP3 File

8.29.11

Here's Monday's show, posted a day late, again! Glenn was somewhat tired, but a good start to the weekend. Today's big story is what happened at a local convenience store this weekend, when a 50 year old woman was shot dead by police when she appeared to be waving a pistol, but instead was a pellet gun.

MP3 File

Friday, August 26, 2011

8.26.11

With the big storm coming up the coast, Glenn decided to keep today's show the 'Left vs. Right' program. I know, no relation to weather, but then again, that's typical of this show. Have a great weekend!

MP3 File

Thursday, August 25, 2011

8.24.11

Glenn had co-owner of the new New Haven Pizza Jason Giddons today. Jason talked about the new style pizza they cook up at their place in Stateway Plaza. Several certificates were given away.

MP3 File

8.23.11

Looks like the East Coast had an earthquake today, funny, didn't feel it. But this was brought up with Joe Stanley (terrible phone problems, again), plus, Bob Ferris was in to talk about a benefit golf tournament for his long-time employee Little 'B'.

MP3 File

Monday, August 22, 2011

8.22.11

Wait! Look! The phone lines actually f#cking work! Awesome, and a great way to do a show. Listen to Glenn with Jim Leven today talk their way till 6 o'clock. Good show.

MP3 File

Friday, August 19, 2011

8.19.11

Bad Phone lines won't stop Glenn from having a good show. But wait, the phone lines actually worked, well kinda worked. So, our so-called host did what he normally does on a Friday show, that's telling it like it is. Good show!

MP3 File

Thursday, August 18, 2011

8.17.11

Glenn had nothing but great things to say about 'The Rise of the Planet of the Apes'. He saw it last night, and now, his opinion on creativity in Hollywood is rosey once again! This and many calls, plus 'Oz' stopped by at the end. Good Show.

MP3 File

Friday, August 12, 2011

8.12.11

Even though Glenn never saw 'The Hangover', that doesn't mean he never had one. Glenn shared some lunacy with the audience today, by explaining what he couldn't even remember last night. Seems he just got too carried away with friends, especially when he stepped into the Black River to get rid of his hiccups. Oh, today's show had a good political side too, and perhaps we'll have our first conference debate call with Danny Francis and Chuck Ruggiereo. Good Show.

MP3 File

8.11.11

Glenn had a spokesman today with the NRCC. Tony Mazzola had plenty to say about Congressman Bill Owens and his constant 'Pelosi-Style' spending in Washington. Of course, this call spurred on the 'libs' from that point on. Good political talk today.

MP3 File

Wednesday, August 10, 2011

8.10.11

Whew! Not many callers, but one heck of a show when Glenn went off on the day's topics, including a local story about 'pantsing'. Pete Souch sat in today too.

MP3 File

Tuesday, August 9, 2011

8.9.11

The local story of the year arrived in the studio today when Paul Simmons stopped by to clear the air on all the 'stuff' going on at the fairgrounds. Good calls, some hangups, and yes, Little 'q' got Attorney Joe Stanley to chime in too, even though Glenn requested different. Strange day!

MP3 File

Friday, August 5, 2011

8.5.11

Friday's show, more of the same 'stuff' going on at City Hall. Councilman Jeff Smith chimed in at the end to set the story straight.

MP3 File

Thursday, August 4, 2011

8.4.11

Well, we started today's show with the latest on 'Baseball-Gate', then we shifted gears into something completely different, the shape of rock 'n roll. This began when George Root chimed in about his tribute show to 'Pink Floyd' this Saturday at the Clayton Opera House. Good show!

MP3 File

8.3.11 (2)

Look, we have ourselves a new local story! Well, it's not too new, but since the owner of the Wizards decides to sell the team because of problems with city management, it makes for a very interesting Wednesday show!

MP3 File

Look, we have ourselves a new local story! Well, it's not too new, but since the owner of the Wizards decides to sell the team because of problems with city management, it makes for a very interesting Wednesday show!

8.2.11

Today's Tuesday show, posted late again, includes Joe Stanley and the 'usual callers'.

Monday, August 1, 2011

8.1.11

It's a Monday show! Let's get into gear with all the 'stuff' that's worth talking about! That includes the audacity of a man who ripped off his employer of $800,000 in Watertown, and of course the how's and why's to the Paul Simmons 'Concert-Gate' controversy too! Former North Country resident, Kevin Oliver stopped by the studio too!

7.29.11

Whoops! Here's a good Friday show posted on Monday! A good follow-up show after our conversation with Congressman Bill Owens.

Thursday, July 28, 2011

7.28.11

It was a big day for the show this afternoon, Congressman Bill Owens chimed in to discuss the current debt ceiling battle in Washington. The congressman addressed Glenn's questions for 30 minutes, with an emphasis on the debt votes, but Glenn also had the opportunity to talk about regional concerns and accomplishments.

Monday, July 25, 2011

7.25.11

Wow! Plenty to catch up on for a Monday show. An international horror in Norway, a triple murder in Oswego county, and one drunk driver in town. Glenn was quick to speak, but others had something to say to calm him down. Many calls for an overcast day.

Friday, July 22, 2011

Monday, June 20, 2011

6.20.11

Let's have as many people in the studio and on the phone at the same time. That's what the show was all about today, with Johnny Spezzano, Jim Leven and the 'usual' callers. Much about nothing, and everything else.

MP3 File

6.20.11

Friday's show, way late! A good show too, because Glenn did a walk in history in Watertown. From where was the KFC, to which decade had the best partiers!

MP3 File

Friday, June 17, 2011

6.16.11

Glenn had the opportunity to talk with businessman and owner of
'Timebuyer', Bob Natoli about Bob's new book, 'True Vision 4 Success'.
Bob shared with Glenn his own beliefs on how to fundamentally change
your goals by better defining your strenghts and weaknesses. Good
conversation indeed.

MP3 File

6.15.11

What do we have here? Wednesday's show, with a solo Glenn in the studio. Posted today's show late, but good conversation with 'pilot' Kevin Oliver who chimed in to talk from Cleveland. Then it was city discussions with the 'Duff'. Good Walter Mathau at one point.

Too many laws in NYS? Not enough? You decide. Glenn's conversation with Attorney Joe Stanley opened up some noice from the 'Duff' and others.

Glenn just got back from Long Island, and has something to say about his long weekend. Late posting, enjoy!

6.8.11 Part 1

For the second time in two weeks, the show was divided into two parts. Just like our audience that cannot agree on who's running things.

MP3 File

6.8.11 Part 2

Part 2 of Wednesday's show.

Can it be? Glenn may have helped to divert a disaster today when he called 911 in a confusing construction zone. This was also the main topic with Attorney Joe Stanley when he chimed in with his weekly call. Good stuff throughout, including Johnny Spezzano in the studio. Good show.

5.27.11

Is Glenn typically prepared to do any given show? Of course not, that would spoil the whole effect of the show! This was brought up by a 'liberal' caller, followed by others who had the own opinion about political things. Have a great Memorial Day weekend!

5.26.11

Whew, Glenn got a lashing for his 'view' on last night's 'Idol' winner. The Duff and others didn't agree at all regarding Scott's Mcreary's future. Aside from that, the other 'Duff' covered last night's 'Idol' moments, while Glenn praised a local reporter for her skills.

5.25.11

Seems like the 'loopy' host got into some crazy stuff today, first, Glenn pondered how he'd be rejected for a chamber spot, then it was 'Farmer's Market' questions from Justin. This is part (1) of (2) for Wednesday's show. Lost connection at about the (19:06) mark.

MP3 File

5.25.11

Part 2 of a zanny Wednesday show.

MP3 File

5.24.11

Whoops, late getting Tuesday's show posted with Attorney Joe Stanley and he usual dudes.

MP3 File

5.23.11

Glenn thought the horrible murder that took place in Cape Vincent this weekend would be the 'topic' of conversation, but he was wrong. Instead, the 'Extravert' called twice regarding the fate of the dude who streamed video of his Rutgers roomate having relations with another man. This, along with a look at last night's Apprentice, and this week's other reality contests with 'Dan the Dem', was all we wrote for today's show.

MP3 File

Friday, May 20, 2011

5.20.11

Glenn had a pleasant Friday show today, with 'light-hearted' issues, including the Israeli problem, franchise food eateries that attract men who wear ball caps, and of course, who's going to win in 'Idol', 'Dancing' and the 'Apprentice' next week.

MP3 File

Thursday, May 19, 2011

5.19.11

Well, Glenn had some things to say about how depressing the weather's been, and how depressing things have been at the station. Seems someone at the top is just too bitchie. Anyway, Morning Man Johnny Spezzano saved the show with an appearance and helped Glenn tackle this Saturday's 'Last Day on Earth'. Great Show.

5.18.11

Thursday's show, way late, but here it is.

MP3 File

Tuesday, May 17, 2011

5.17.11

Glenn had a busy show today, with (2) in-studio guests and Attorney Joe Stanley. Rich Mench and Jack Sorrell stopped by to talk about 'cars', that's 'classic cars', at this weekend's Clayton Car show sponsored by the Highway Legends Club. Good chatter about the Thursday night 'cruise' nights and the (3) day show in Clayton this weekend.

MP3 File

Monday, May 16, 2011

5.16.11

On a miserable Monday afternoon, Glenn had a slow but steady show today. Some of the usual stuff, then at the end, radio employee, Kari Plumpton stopped by to talk about her Yoga class. Then from there, it was 'other' stuff. See you all tomorrow.

MP3 File

Friday, May 13, 2011

5.13.11

For a Friday show, it was Glenn fielding good calls, one after another. Who knew, when the weather was so good. Glenn wondered if today's DWI lesson at the local High School challenged the student's 'real-life' situations. This and 'Dan the Dem's' 'Idol' recap on today's show.

MP3 File

5.12.11

It's a show with talented musician Jacob Moon, who is doing a concert this evening at the New Life Christian Church. Jacob, along with Youth Pastor and singer musician Chris Hopper, was there too to promote the event. Callers chimed in with their favorite lead guitarist.

MP3 File

5.11.11

Glenn had a story to share, something that happened just moments before the show. It was about a teenage girl yelling at her own mother. Then, as the show begins, it's Glenn's mother on the phone. Glenn had a great conversation with his mom about 'kids' today, and the shape of the old neighborhood. Others chimed in afterward, making today's show enjoyable for all. Good show.

MP3 File

Tuesday, May 10, 2011

5.10.11

Glenn had a good show today talking with Attorney Joe Stanley about the recent 'air gun' story from our local middle school, as well as a personal story regarding Glenn's Mother in Law who fell in Penn Station recently. This and other compelling talk on today's show!

MP3 File

Thursday, May 5, 2011

5.5.11

Beth Green was Glenn's guest today. Beth is proud to be a part of the Baldwin Breast Cancer Foundation. Beth shared with Glenn some upcoming events that will go directly to those afflicted with Breast Cancer in CNY and NNY. Of course, some other 'big' topics today as well, in and out.

MP3 File

5.4.11

Glenn had a guest in the studio, Real Estate Broker and realty owner, Lisa L'Huilier from Hefferon Realty. Her husband Chuck Rugiero stopped by too to discuss a special benefit this Saturday for the local 'Family Counciling' services of Northern NY. Also, in between this, Attorney Joe Stanley chimed in with his weekly call.

MP3 File

5.3.11

Well, day 2 of what everyone is talking about, Bin Laden's untimely death. Glenn had more of his own thoughts, plus those from others who still believe in nuclear force against any enemy. A bit much for Glenn, but it seems we're getting that spark again, like we did days after 9.11. Joe Stanley wasn't a part of today's show, perhaps tomorrow.

MP3 File

Monday, May 2, 2011

5.2.11

Well look who we got, Osama Bin Laden. Amazing, this show began 10 years ago, and it appeared like we were never going to speak about such a 'capture' and 'killing', but today, we did. What a great way to start off May 2011. Listen to Glenn as he fielded many callers.

MP3 File

Saturday, April 30, 2011

4.29.11

Well now, our so-called host's 'Infection' issue is amazingly much better today. This put Glenn in a pleasant mood as he fielded the friendly fields of familiar callers today.

MP3 File

Wednesday, April 27, 2011

4.27.11

Sorry, not here for yesterday's show, but back in action today. Ok, even though it was the 'diner hour' Glenn still had to share his Staff infection story with callers, including Larry from Progue who had some Doctorly advice for our so-called host. Little slow in the beginning of today's show, but it picked up very quickly when Jim Leven stopped by.

MP3 File

Tuesday, April 26, 2011

4.25.11

It's a good return to the microphone today, despite Glenn's latest ailment. Anyway, good stuff throughout today's show, including a good conversation with the 'Engineer Guy'.

MP3 File

Friday, April 22, 2011

4.22.11

Glenn was back and had a message. After seeing and hearing one bad post after another, including personal attacks on this very blog, the show has to take a turn. While it's ok to express an opinion, the aspect of personal fights, retorts and negative statements can no longer be tolerated! That's for all the other 'hate-mongers'. There's plenty of other forums for hate, just not here. On that note, have a great Easter weekend.

4.20.11

Today's program was a well-rounded show. A bit of everything, plus some of the 'off the wall' stuff too. Good show! Won't be here on Thursday.

MP3 File

4.19.11

Whoops, late post again, and I forgot what the show was all about. I know I spoke with Joe Stanley, and had some good chatter with Ray, Dan, and others.

MP3 File

Monday, April 18, 2011

4.18.11

Good all around show today, as Glenn took calls, sometimes more than once, warned people to take their battles off the air, and not on his show! Anyway, that and other stuff on the program.

MP3 File

Friday, April 15, 2011

4.15.11

It's Friday, yet much of today's show focused on some ugly comments made about callers on the Hotline Show. Glenn has a cut on his knee that's oozing! And Adam Netto chimed in today to talk about a local benefit in Chamount for Japan.

MP3 File

Thursday, April 14, 2011

4.14.11

Tom Dusen from the Noon time Rotary came into the studio today to talk about 'Shelter Boxes'. These are post disaster survival boxes with all the necessary items to live beyond the event itself.

MP3 File

Wednesday, April 13, 2011

4.13.11

Yesterday's show was lost during the recording process, so you're stuck with today's show instead. Glenn brought up some 'upbeat' stories and topics today, because there's nothing positive in the news these days. Listen and find out what was discussed.

Glenn was out yesterday, due to a funeral, but he was back in the saddle today. Good stuff throughout, and Glenn had fun mocking his audience, because he thought the callers that chimed in with Jeff yesterday during his 5pm time slot, were smarter than his callers. Of course, he was kidding all along.

After Glenn had a rivoting conversation with Attorney Joe Stanley, he had a guest come by to talk about his new music video. A video produced by our so-called host!

MP3 File

Monday, April 4, 2011

4.4.11

Good show today, why? Just solid discussions all throughout. It started with a new caller and cotinued till the end with 'Little Q' and 'Dan the Dem.' Glenn had his own opinion to why newspapers continue to get more revenue.

MP3 File

Good Friday show, plenty of callers, a lot of fun, and trivia with movie titles and actors!

MP3 File

Thursday, March 31, 2011

3.31.11

Name the war, based on the movie title. That was a big part of the show today, when Joe Brosk began a quiz based on that theme. Yet, today's show offered even more than just a cool movie game. Find out and see for yourself.

When a farmer gets arrested by 9 feds, in full view of the press in Henderson, you know Glenn has a 'juicy' story to chat about. After Attorney Joe Stanley gave everyone his 'take' on the immigration issue, things got very interesting. Oh, this was all set up by the story, and Crazy Ray's farming experience call.

MP3 File

3.29.11

Late posting yesterday's show, so here it is! A good one indeed, just can't remember why'

MP3 File

Glenn had a special guest today, a Fort Drum soldier by the name of Jeff Hawk. Jeff was in to speak about an upcoming benefit for a young Adams man. He also shared his thoughts and experiences in Iraq and Afghanistan, including how he got injured from an IED. Good show.

MP3 File

Friday, March 25, 2011

3.25.11

Good Friday show today, with one caller after another, including one person who things very highly of the show and said it should be 2 hours long. Good stuff throughout, some fun too, and that's good because the local headlines lately have been extremely sad.

MP3 File

Thursday, March 24, 2011

3.24.11

Today, Glenn had Pastor Kirk Gilcrest in the studio from the New Life Christian Church here in Watertown. Pastor Kirk talked about the history of his church, the great volunteers and the support he and his staff receive from the great people of Northern New York. Plus, some good discussions about the 'importance' of the Church, and how the positive side out weighs the negative.

After Glenn covered the bad news with the SU B. Ball team, it was back to business. Some caution from Glenn regarding the 'name-calling' going on this very blog! Then it was a trip down memory lane when the topic turned to old game shows!
