2.27.9

Hey now, what do we talk about? Glenn fielded some calls who either liked or disliked the 'Legal Hour' with Swartz and Miles. Other calls included the latest 'American Idol' report from Dan the Dem. Plus, the lady from the North Side asked why Mike White is gone, plus she prefers the Hannity show because his 3rd hour culminated with on the air interview. See you all on Monday, the Streaming IS WORKING TOO!!

Ok, Glenn was 'Solo' today, which means there's esentially no plan to the show. That's a good thing too! Listen to Glenn's conversation with a friend of his who is affected by the recent shift in the economy. Good calls too, and a decent impersonation of Andrew 'Dice' Clay as well!

Well, it was the last of (4) 'Legal Hours' with Attorneys Eric Swartz and Gary Miles. Good way to end the series too. Glenn covered the Police Blotter stories while asking his guests how they would handle the situation. Good calls, plenty of comparisons between the Watertown of yesterday and today.

Good chatter today with Attorney Joe Stanley about the Travis the monkey and the 11 year old that killed his dad's fiance. Then it was Glenn's criticism of today's rock music. Plenty of calls including Sean Hennessey who agreed with Glenn's assessment of radio personalities' 'lack of compassion' over the airwaves.

Good show today, Glenn took one call after another. The show included some chatter about the Oscars, today's headlines (in red) and a conversation with the 'Duff' who read recently that people born in the early 60s make up America's dumbest generation. Needless-to-say, Glenn had something to say about that!

It was episode 3 with Attorneys Eric Swartz and Gary Miles. Another 52 minutes of informative legal talk, opinions and recollections of historical cases. Today show also fielded plenty of calls too. Listen also to Glenn and his guests evaluate a political cartoon from the NY Post. Good show once again!

Back from a long weekend, and Glenn just can't understand the relationship between Wall St. and Washington. But that's ok, because many chimed in with their explanation behind today's biggest problem...the economy. Today's show also included a call from Jim Leven and Attorney Joe Stanley who believes 'Octomom' is a real kook!

Glenn went solo today, but did have (2) Kevins call in. One Kevin was commercial pilot Kevin Oliver who gave his opinion of last night's tragic plane crash near Buffalo. Then it was Glenn's brother Kevin who chimed in during the second half of today's show. That discussion included everything from drunken ex-Yanks to ex-Mets with HIV. Have a great weekend!

Look! Glenn had trouble with the law today. No, nothing too serious, it's just that Glenn doesn't want to wear a seat belt. But the show went on with calls from 'Big Steve' the 'Duff' and Attorney Joe Stanley! Good chat once again about the movie 'Roadhouse'.

It's another 'Legal Hour Show' with attorneys Eric Swartz and Gary Miles. Once again, both gentlemen described their thoughts about local criminal cases and national cases. Glenn fielded callers from start to finish. The 'Legal Hour 2' was as revealing as last week's show.

Glenn started today's show with a rant about party loyalty. Just because you're a conservative, or a conserative radio host, doesn't mean you have to downplay the President. Other than that, it was business as usual, some accurate assessments, some not-so accurate. Good 'stuff' none-the-less!

Looks like Glenn got some sleep tonight, that's because he was very outspoken today regarding so-called financial professionals who claim to know our economic climate. Of course, as Glenn went on about Sarah Palin, a very irrate caller chimed in to tell Glenn he's an 'idiot' for letting the media influence him. Anyway, a very 'lively' show.

Solo today for a Friday edition. Glenn began with an update on the missing mother in town. Then it was something about 'Gitmo' and the situation with foreign soldiers held for acts of terroism. Good show, especially when Glenn explains why weathermen are so eager to reveal weather stats from outside the area. See you all on Monday!

Wow! Plenty of opinions about yesterday's Legal Hour. Some good, some not so good, but in the end, it seemed the majority of the audience did enjoy it. Aside for that, it was Glenn as usual, listen and enjoy!

The Live at Five Show went 'Legal' today with Attorney Eric Swartz and his guest and former DA Attorney Gary Miles. This was the first of (4) installments this month. Glenn brought up some serious high profile cases that both Eric and Gary have defended, including the national case of the 'Casablanca 5' in the mid 90s. Listen too as Glenn fields questions from the callers, a good start to the 'legal hour' heard every Wednesday in February.

Back in Northern New York, and while Glenn was a bit tired today, he did manage to cover the big stories from the past few days as well as some of his experiences in Florida. Good callers too, no Joe Stanley however, but 'Crazy Ray' had a good call about crack babies taking over nuclear silos.
