MP3 File

Tuesday, December 28, 2010

Are we live? Does Glenn banter with the same caller(s) too much? Just part of today's program. Plus, no call from Joe Stanley, puts Glenn in a legal mode of his own. Oh, have you noticed how many comments the audio blog is getting these days? Something to ponder!

MP3 File

Monday, December 27, 2010

It's a classic-style 'live' show today. That is, nothing but Glenn, his offbeat remarks and his loyal callers. Some of this, some of that, including Glenn's top 100 Movies you don't see on TV anymore. Oh, some thoughts about 'Crazy Carl' and the 'teaparty' folks.

MP3 File

MP3 File

Tuesday, August 24, 2010

After Glenn covered the legal news with Attorney Joe Stanley, it was all Paladino from there. Even though Glenn knows candidate for Governor, Carl Paladino won't come close to winning, he does applaud his brazen approach to the State's real problems we choose to ignore. Good stuff.

MP3 File

Again, late posting Monday's show, but listen to a good example of Glenn sticking to the microphone with compelling conversations and ideas throughout the entire show.

MP3 File

Friday, August 13, 2010

Well, what's up with Glenn, especially towards the end to today's show. What started off as a normal show got somewhat crazy with Crazy Ray and Dan the Dem. Good stuff, maybe a bit 'over the top' but worth listening.

MP3 File

Thursday, August 12, 2010

What can we talk about? Well let's see, whatever comes to mind. Good topics from the net including how old should a child be before you enter a public restroom with them? That, and other social questions on today's show.

MP3 File

Monday, August 2, 2010

The first show for August, and somehow Glenn pulled it off. It started with a boring intro as Glenn tried to make it interesting while the engineers tried to fix the studio for the first 6 minutes. Then after reading an article about baseball manager, Ozzie Guillen, and Ozzie's observation about 'latino' players, Glenn flew off the runway with one compelling call after another.

Is Alex Bay slipping into the river? Seems like the local government is pushing the envelope when it comes to enforcing the law. MP3 File

Tuesday, June 15, 2010

Glenn feeling lost today? Well, the stream isn't working and Glenn is just not there at the outset, but pulls things together with more talk about the Gulf. Which, of course, turns into a political discussion about who makes a better president in a time like this?

Wednesday, Wednesday, let's see now, late posting this, what was discussed? Oh, today's story was about an 18 year old soldier who led a police chase through the entire county. A nice call from a new sponsor and more.

Well, our Tuesday show had plenty to offer, from an on again off again conversation with 'Crazy Ray', Attorney Joe Stanley, the 'Duff' and a 'My Three Sons' discussion with 'Victor Victoria'. Good show!

Glenn never thought he'd be doing a show today, due to a problem with one of the transmitters, but sure enough he did! Good show too with yet another letter to read.

Good show about our Fort Drum community today. After learning about the death of 2 colonels, Glenn reflected on the way our brave soldiers lose their lives to IEDs. This led to several callers who gave us a bit of war history and bombing tactics.

How about a good 'Hump-Day' Wednesday show? Well, let's join Glenn as he talks about Arizona vs. California, terrible war news from Afghanistan, and a conversation with business owner Kevin Fear who is having issues with the city over sign ordinances.

Glenn thought he would linger through today's show, but at the last minute, SG steps in and becomes today's co-host. Good stuff, including Glenn's depiction of a stubborn bear, Joe Stanley and how the military restricts their own from certain businesses.

Let's start the week off with Glenn's rant about his weekend with friends, and other conversations with 'Extrovert' and 'Victor Victoria'. Out of the gate...not bad!

Good show today! Glenn took a few calls but all of them were great. First, Glenn discussed the rather revealing dance video of 7 and 8 year-old girls doing a Beyonce-Style dance. Then, a woman called in about those who get away with crimes due to money and importance. Have a great weekend.

Glenn had plenty to offer today, Dan the Dem called in twice to cover topics and then American Idol and Dancing with the Stars. Then, it was time with the 'Duff' about baseball, Idol and local sports. Then it was 'Oz' and Glenn covering a list that claims to have TVs top 100 sitcoms.

Hey, good show, Glenn got on several rolls, posted late.

For the second time, Glenn had Rabbi Roth in the studio today. Plus, for the second time, it was a 3 way discussion at one point with Attorney Joe Stanley. Good calls throughout, while Glenn and the Rabbi discussed today's issues as well as the 'way things were' in the past.

It's a simple, revealing and rewarding show today. Glenn went about business as smooth as can be, while sharing his recent 'deer' story, supreme court candidate Kagan, and the show's die-cast NASCAR giveaway.

After Glenn chatted about international issues, the 'Duff' chimed in about the proposed closure time of 9pm at Thompson Park. Glenn was firm on 9pm, but Duff had his own opinion. Good stuff though from Glenn's description of what goes on in the park after dark. Good chat too about the 'Mexican' problems one day after 'Cinco Demayo'.

Glenn paid tribute to the late Attorney Jack Scordo who passed away last night at 84. Another attorney, Eric Swartz was in as well who spoke highly of Jack and his career.

Took a bit to post Tuesday's show with Attorney Joe Stanley, Larry from Progue and the rest of the crew.

Monday, Monday, except it's not so bad when Monday afternoon ends with a show like today's. Good callers, except more about nothing with East Main, Crazy Ray is talking illegally, and Dan the Dam still thinks Glenn is too selfish. Oh, Rabbi Roth chimed in finally about his new Hebrew History class tonight at the library.

What a way to end the week, than with an awesome Friday show with Crazy Ray and the whales, Dan the Dem says I'm too critical, and who do we blame for the gulf coast oil slick. See you all on Monday! By the way, nice comment from Tuesday's show on the blog!

Glenn thought he had nothing to bring to the table today, he was wrong. The calls came in one after the other, and surprisingly, many callers were 'left of center' when it came to today's 'international relations' topic.

It was another good 'legal hour' with Attorney Eric Swartz. Many topics, but the Arizona immigration law seems to be on everyone's mind today.

MP3 File

Tuesday, April 27, 2010

Well look at this, the legal portion of today's show turned very political when Attorney Joe Stanley brought up the Arizona's new immigrant enforcement law. From there it Glenn against the world. Oh, 'Dan the Dem' chimed in too with some 'Dancing with the Stars' chat.

Just another slow start? No, it's a great Monday show about the tea party profile, that word 'socialism', and why are people mad at the governor of Arizona?

Good Friday show with Glenn, at first a little sluggish, but a compelling conversation comes in the second half with our friend the 'Middleman'.

Glenn had a phone interview with author David J. Hearne who has written a very interesting novel about a woman's pursuit for the White House. Then it was the Glenn we all know and love, a bit angry and puzzled with the actions of the young and stupid.

Hey, it's Friday, a time to let it all hang out. Glenn spoke of Jeff's controversial show today with a lady caller, and Glenn had it out with West Main about nothing at all. Global warming? Well, you can't argue that when we broke 82 degrees today. Someone, still decided to bring it up anyway as a farce.

MP3 File

No legal hour today, but listen to Glenn go on about the tree in front of his house, and his many calls from that point on. Good scenario with the Duff, and Crazy Ray has a movie idea about frozen monkeys.

Well, no Attorney Joe Stanley, but what a show Glenn had. He describes a show on C Span plus, he covered some Obama concerns with regard to Health Care. Things really get interesting when Glenn talks about Hollywood stars Lee Marvin and Sidney Portier with 'Oz' at the end of today's show.
