Look who appeared on the NY Daily News website...Mayor Jeff Graham and your 'so-called host'. Seems the Daily News liked what the Mayor put together at the outset of his program today. Since it's the day before an even 'bigger' day, Glenn fielded many callers who seem to be crossing party lines to vote for the man they believe is the better candidate. While some did favor Barclay, many thought 'negative' ads made their decision for them tomorrow. 'Duff' changed the topic today to speak about girls' basketball, but the majority of today's show focused on the election tomorrow! Glenn won't be here tomorrow, but will be back in the saddle again Wednesday.

Fridays are always interesting inside the studio, and today was no exception. No, we didn't have an in-studio guest, but we did have one phone caller after another. First, Glenn had plenty of Political talk today. It started with the McCain 'affair' issue, then came back to our local State Senate race. Good stuff throughout, plus our friend Ashley is jumping in the St. Lawrence river tomorrow in a bikini, all for a good cause of course!

Glenn had some overall views regarding the State Senate race, he feels the Republicans should have addressed the 'balance of power' in Albany to get their point across. Dan the 'Dem' had his 'American Idol' report and another teacher doing the 'wild thing' with her pupils. Finally, a good listen to an odd radio spot. Check it out!

Say, we're back! No show due to the holiday yesterday, but back in the studio today with TV news from the show 'Jericho' too. Plus, George had a Castro story today and a link to Watertown. Some Nascar talk today, and a creepy look at Hollywood celebrities looking like skeletons. Oh, 'Dan the Dem' had something to say about politics and 'American Idol'. See ya!

It's true 'War is Hell'. When war hits home, we try our best to remember the fallen. Today, Glenn had Recruitment officer and member of the Army, Joe Larsen in the studio. Glenn started the show off with a cause, and in the end, callers contributed enough money to purchase memory braclets for Pfc. Jack Sweet. Jack is returning home tomorrow for a hero's ceremony in Alex Bay. Thank you to all who contributed today.

Where is Watertown Center anyway, who won the 'Talent' contest, and did anyone see the Grammys last night? These questions, and other non-essential items were brought to the table on today's show. Oh, Roy Scheider died over the weekend, prompting Glenn to ask a medical expert what he died of. Crazy Ray wasn't too thrilled with last week's show with Tim LaBauf and Glenn realizes that trouble-makers in town usually lives in apartment dwellings.

What a week! Who owns the Red & Black, our 1st Annual Live at Five Call-In Awards and today, it was all about the First Baptist Church, or as Glenn referred to as 'God's Garage of Public Square'. That's right, the Rev. Tim LaBauf was in again stealing the sunshine again (just kidding). See you all next Monday.

Welcome to the 1st Annual Live at Five Call-In Awards with Glenn, SG and Ashley. That's right, the guys today had a great time giving out the nominees, categories and winners! However, many people chimed in to add names to the mix first. Then, the awards went on without a hitch, a show you don't want to miss! Plus, Glenn received his own award at the end of the program.

What's in a name anyway? What's Red & Black and read all over Newzjunky? Answer: The current law suit between the Red & Black football team and businessman Tom Shultz. What was a legal document is now a complete 55 minute radio interview. Decide for yourself how and why this 'ownership' issue is an issue to begin with.

Another crappy wintery day, ice and all. So bad even Fort Drum sent their civilian personnel home today. Despite this, Glenn was able to provide another Friday edition, except this time, due to the poor weather, Jim Leven was in during the show's second half. More about that horrible crime in Massena, plus some discussion about the Super Bowl. Glenn also got a surprise call from Colleen in Toronto. Oh, the 'Live at Five' Call-In awards will happen next Thursday with host and hostess SG and Ashley.
