6.30.8

For the last day of June, take a listen to a very entertaining show today! Some of this, some of that, Glenn's weekend on the water, his neck problems and oh yes, the state of music today vs. yester-year. Oz came in along with Jim Leven for a quick music trivia moment. Oh, Glenn had a 'how dumb are you' quiz with Victor too.

Glenn had some explanations to yesterday's show, plus a full report of the wonderful 'Bud Light Cruise Parties' with the lovely Christina. The lovely Sharon called in too from Point Penninsula. Glenn was 'solo' today so he had something to say about the boss too. Good show, especially when The Border's 106.7's 'Ashley' came in to explain the whole mormon falisy. Have a great weekend!

For 'Hump Day' do what many people do, listen to the 'Live at Five' Show for no reason at all! That's ok, what better way to find out about local candidates for Assembly, why Joe Bruno is in trouble, how Glenn got a client upset and oh yes, an 'Imus' impersonation. Don't forget the 'Duff' brothers too. Good show, see you all tomorrow!

Hey now! Glenn is on fire! Not really, but that's what comes to mind when you hear today's show. So much in so little time, including the legal segment with Attorney Joe Stanley, John Gibbons read a book about the moon projects, and Glenn had some things to say about radio and the latest Imus saga. Good show to do nothing to!

It's a Monday, now it's time to get back to basics. Glenn had plenty to say about the Media Softball event, the latest oil argument, and did you see that car crash at 300 mph? This and Jim Leven in the studio made for an informative show!

Hey now, it's our neighbor Frank Bautista back in the studio today! Frank is very frank about the state of the city, and boy did he have plenty to offer today. Listen to Glenn field calls with Frank as we all talked about the city's problems with potholes, rundown buildings, high property taxes and high property assessments. Good stuff, great calls and a good way to end the week!

Well now, another fine show with 2 in-studio co-hosts. They were, head Coach Kenny Anderson, and owner Tom Shultz of the new Watertown 'Revolution' football team. The guys sat in talking about this week's first game and added to Glenn's comments and behaviors throughout the show. Good articles too from Newzjunky.com including a pact between high school girls who 'wanted' to get pregnant. Oh, Glenn lowered the boom too on SG, no more than :10 seconds of 'Dog Park' chatter with each call. SG agreed, others were skeptical.

We're solo today, and that's good, because Glenn had plenty to cover. First, his analysis of the race for president. Glenn believes McCain's age will be a factor. Danny Francis disagreed. Oh, Glenn paid off a gambling debt to the 'Duff' and he also discovered what really happened last Friday at the Super Walmart. Good show!

Glenn had a good show for a great cause, cancer and those members of Fort Drum with war-related injuries. Jusin Rich of the Watertown Wizards baseball team sat in today to discuss a battery of events at the Duffy Dome this weekend. Also, a call in between with Attorney Joe Stanley and yes, both Jim Leven and Bruce Mittman were in too at the show's end.

Monday, Monday, and Glenn was ready (to a degree) with his problem with 'Service in America'. To Glenn, things have changed in recent years, and it's perplexing. Glenn knows it's hard to keep a smile on everyday, but people are simply miserable. Good follow-up with Dan the Dem regarding the service issue, and Crazy Ray wants to kidnap SG. These and other non-interesting topics are available for your listening pleasure!

Good show today, but bad news on the media front with the passing of Tim Russert. Glenn reflected on Mr. Russert's career and his contributions to broadcasting. Duff explained his bid for Town of W.town judge and Cashier Tom came in today for the first time in a while. Good entertaining Friday edition!

Yes, we need more emergency helicopters in our region, and one caller chimed in today to explain why. This topic came up when a Clayton woman needed to be sent to Syracuse after a bad road accident. Then, after Glenn read the latest MILF scandal with teenagers, a new caller scolded Glenn for featuring such a story. Glenn defended his actions becaus he sees it as a sign of the times, the caller disagreed. Others rallied behind our host, and then it was (believe it or not) 'Dog Park' time again with SG on the phone.

Don't worry, the show is still on, we simply failed to post yesterday's show. That will come tomorrow, for now, take a listen to today's show. Glenn got at least three weather reports too, because the thunderstorms were ravaging the region this afternoon. Other than that, Attorney Joe Stanley gave his opinion about 'Acts of God' too.

Good show to end the week! Glenn had fun speaking with his friends from the famous 'Boys Weekend' in Three Mile Bay. Typical stuff today, plus an in-studio Jim Leven at the end of today's program.

If you want laughs, listen in on today's show. First, Glenn was elated about the come from behind win from the Yankees just minutes before the show. His elation showed after SG showed up in the studio and Jim Leven chimed in via phone. Good chatter about TV commercials and other non-important things.

ATV jurisdiction, Hillary's woes and should Dave Renzi run for State Senate or Assembly? These and other topics made today's 'Hump' day version very entertaining. Today's highlight was Glenn's impersonation of Michele Obama. Oh, Glenn had a spelling bee with 'Louie' and 'Dan the Dem'. Have a good night!

After starting today's show, Glenn had a very interesting 'legal' conversation with sponsor Attorney Joe Stanley. After that Glenn fielded calls from a guy in Clayton who believes the Amish are messing up route 12 with horse sh#t. This attracted other callers to deny this allegation. Good stuff today, good show!

After leaving this past Friday afternoon to NYC, Glenn shared his weekend experiences on today's show. In addition to his weekend, John Gibbons was in to share his story about this past Saturday's very successful boxing event in Alex Bay. Good stuff from start to finish today!
